Mohamed Abdel Aziz Arafat Abdo El-Bostany

He is an Egyptian civil engineer widely recognized as one of the most prominent real estate experts and investors in New Cairo. He is the founder of El-Bostany Real Estate Development, one of the largest development companies in New Cairo, established in 1985.

Throughout his career, Eng. El-Bostany has achieved remarkable success with over 200 real estate projects delivered in Cairo. He has also served as Chairman of the New Cairo Developers Association and as Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Investment Division at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, in addition to holding several other influential positions in the industry.

Professional Background

Graduating from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Engineering, Eng. El-Bostany ranked second in his class and first in his graduation project. His early career began with Lilley Egyptian–English Company, where he worked on national mega projects such as the Greater Cairo wastewater tunnels, gaining valuable experience in project management and advanced construction technologies.

Later, he became Head of Department at the American Contractors International Ltd., before founding El-Bostany for Engineering & Contracting in 1985, specializing in general contracting. By 1990, the company expanded into residential contracting and real estate development, later evolving into El-Bostany Real Estate Investment & Tourism Development S.A.E. in 2008.
